On the very rare occasions a faulty item may slip through our stringent quality checks and make its way out to you. Should you receive one of these, please accept our apologies and notify us immediately via email or phone and we will either send out a replacement for the product on your next order or if we don't have the item in stock at the time of your next order we will credit your bill for that amount.
In order to be eligible for replacements, your items must be within their warranty period and you MUST notify us of the problem you are experiencing as soon as you notice it. Before we are able to issue a replacement, we request that you send back the faulty item. This return policy excludes e-liquid.
All kits, tanks and mods are covered for a 12 month period from date of purchase.
All returns must be sent to Inspired Vapour, 68 Derby Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M8 8AT, in some occasion at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery or Signed For services where appropriate.
